Beamery

Beamery keeps a list of past and possible candidates and uses AI to find and score people for open roles. Its contract bars using the AI in any automated decision.

Beamery keeps your talent list and finds people for open roles

In one line

Beamery holds one list of past applicants, employees and people you want to hire. Its AI searches that list, scores people against a role and helps write messages.

Buy it if

You already hold many past applicants and want to look at them again for each new role. You use a system that Beamery links to, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Greenhouse. You can sign a contract where fees are due for the full term.

Do not buy it if

You want an AI that rejects or advances people on its own, because Beamery’s contract bars that use. You need its AI sourcing assistant, Ray, on general sale today, because Ray is in beta.

Price

Beamery invoices every year. Ask for a written price for each headcount band.

How Beamery finds, scores and contacts people

Beamery has two products for this job, Talent CRM and Candidate Sourcing. Talent CRM (candidate relationship management) is the list itself. It keeps profiles of past and possible candidates. A team can then stay in touch with them. It links profiles to an applicant tracking system (ATS) and builds talent pools. Candidate Sourcing searches that list and finds people who have not applied.

A search starts from the requirements of a role. It brings up past finalists, recently engaged candidates and employees who could move. A browser add-on saves profiles from most web pages and social profiles.

The AI scores how well a person fits a role from 0 to 5. Job title and skills count for 30% each. Company industry counts for 22.5%, seniority for 12.5% and company size for 5%. The same score orders the people who apply and the people Beamery suggests from your whole database.

Beamery also sends the messages. A recruiter builds an email from blocks of text or asks the AI assistant to write one. Campaigns go out by email, text message and WhatsApp, in several steps. A team cannot contact people who have not opted in.

Your team decides who to hire. Applicant Review removes no one from view and rejects no one automatically. Ray surfaces people and search ideas for a user to review. Beamery’s AI does not screen out applicants. Beamery must never be the only factor in a decision.

What Beamery and its customers report

AtkinsRéalis hires found through Beamery hit milestones 25% faster

AtkinsRéalis staff hired through Beamery reached their performance milestones 25% faster than hires sourced another way.

Hilti is working towards 30% less time to hire

Hilti is working towards cutting its time to hire by 30%. Hilti estimates that this would save 240 million Swiss francs.

400% more candidates pass a first interview

By Beamery’s own figure, 400% more candidates pass a first interview. Ask Beamery what it measured against, and over what period.

A study paid for by Beamery found a 467% return on investment

Forrester Consulting ran the study for Beamery. It covers Beamery’s customers. Ask Beamery which customers it covered and over what period.

What Beamery does well

Each match score shows how it was worked out

A user can hover over a match score to see how it was calculated. Beamery publishes the weights of the five profile parts. Each AI recommendation comes with a reason. A recruiter can check the reason before acting on it.

An outside firm audits the match score for bias every month

Warden AI audits the match score for bias every month. The latest audit ran on 9 October 2026 with a sample of 49,140. All seven bias categories show as clear. Warden AI has also run one bias audit under New York City Local Law 144. It has run another under the EU AI Act. Beamery shares the final audit report on request. The audits use test data, for illustration. Beamery gives no warranty that the results fit your use.

Consent is part of the product

Beamery sends consent campaigns automatically. A person can withdraw consent as easily as they gave it. Reports show consent status or data freshness across the database or by country.

It syncs both ways with seven hiring systems

The seven are Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Infinite BrassRing, Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters and ADP. SAP SuccessFactors has a certified, ready-made link. Beamery also offers a public API, which is a way for technical staff to build their own link.

Who Beamery suits

You hold a large list of past applicants and staff

Beamery searches the people you already hold. A recruiter can search and filter the database of earlier applicants. Employees who could move appear in the same search. 56% of DraftKings’ talent pool is not yet tied to a vacancy.

You run Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Greenhouse

Workday and SAP SuccessFactors have ready-made links. Greenhouse syncs both ways. In Workday, one click from Applicant Review opens a profile and lets a recruiter progress or reject a candidate. Workday is also a Beamery partner, customer and investor.

You hire across many countries

Hilti has rolled Beamery out in more than 120 countries. The match score works with profile and vacancy data in about 100 languages. Beamery stores your data in the US or the EU, as you prefer.

Its published customers range from 1,001 to 140,000+ employees

DraftKings has 1,001 to 5,000 employees. Beamery shows other customers with 30,000+, 75,000+ and 140,000+ employees. Ask Beamery for customers close to your size.

Where Beamery stops

Its AI sourcing assistant, Ray, is still in beta

Ray for Sourcing is in beta. It is in limited availability, and a system administrator requests access. Beamery’s contract defines a beta service as a feature that is not generally available.

Scores and messages have size limits

Match scores cannot be shown on a vacancy with more than 2,000 contacts. Suggested Contacts is the list of people Beamery proposes for a vacancy. It holds up to 1,000 people for each vacancy. A message from it goes to 100 people at most. Each user can bring in up to 300 LinkedIn profiles a month.

The contract puts the legal duty on you

You confirm that you hold the consents or another lawful basis for the data you give Beamery. You defend Beamery against outside claims tied to your own breach of data protection or hiring laws. You also cover its losses from those claims. Beamery is the provider of the match score, the company that makes it. You are the deployer, the employer that uses it. Those are EU AI Act terms.

Your feedback can improve Beamery’s AI

Beamery’s AI terms let it use “feedback and learnings” for improving the service and for AI learning. Beamery will not share them outside the company unless they are combined or stripped of identity. Beamery does not use personal data or customer data to train its AI.

A saved rule can delete profiles for good

Beamery calls a saved rule a recipe. A recipe can add contacts to a talent pool, send a campaign or assign an owner. It can also mark someone “Do not contact”, remove a person from a vacancy or delete a profile. Deleting a profile this way cannot be undone.

What Beamery costs and what happens when you leave

Each order sets the fees, and they stay fixed for the order term. Beamery invoices on or around the start date and every year after. You pay undisputed invoices within 30 days.

Some orders list full users as unlimited. For those, Beamery’s usage limits rise with your employee count. Total contacts are capped at 50 times your employees plus 500,000. Monthly emails are capped at 40 times your employees. A company with 2,000 employees would get 600,000 contacts and 80,000 emails a month. If your headcount rises into a higher price band, Beamery may charge an extra fee. If it falls, the fees do not fall during the order term.

If the contract ends before the term does, you pay the fees for the rest of the term. If you end it because Beamery broke it, Beamery refunds prepaid fees for the unused part of the term. You can export your data during the term. At the end, Beamery deletes your live data within 30 days and backups 90 days after that. On request, it gives you a copy of your data in its standard format.

Beamery promises to try for 99.9% uptime each month. If uptime falls below the level in the contract, you can ask for a credit. Downtime counts only when users cannot log in. Each side’s total liability is capped at the fees paid or payable in 12 months. The 12 months are those before the event behind the claim.

You could also find and screen people with agents built on your own systems. We have mapped what that looks like. The HR Agent Map

Eight questions to put to Beamery

  1. What will we pay each year, and what happens to the price if our headcount rises or falls? Good answer: A written price for each band, and a rule that lowers the fee when headcount falls.
  2. Is Ray, the AI sourcing assistant, on general sale for us, and from what date? Good answer: A date in the order form, with a fee reduction if it slips.
  3. What counts as feedback and learnings, and can we opt out of its use for AI learning? Good answer: A written list, and an opt-out in the order form.
  4. Can we read the full bias audit report, with results for roles like ours? Good answer: The full report, with results for the job types and countries we hire in.
  5. What do the limits of 2,000 contacts, 1,000 suggested people and 100 messages mean for our biggest roles? Good answer: Whether our largest vacancies stay under each limit, and how to raise a limit at no extra cost.
  6. What contact and email limits apply to us, and what is the fee for going over? Good answer: Numbers in the order form, and a fixed fee for extra room.
  7. How do we take every profile, note and consent record with us when we leave, and in what format? Good answer: A named file format and a delivery date written into the contract.
  8. Which recipes can delete profiles, and who on our side may create them? Good answer: Only named administrators, and a record of every recipe run.

Alternatives to Beamery

Avature, Eightfold, Phenom, Gem and SeekOut are the alternatives, along with buying nothing.

Avature sells a candidate relationship product for building talent pipelines. It also sells an applicant tracking system, and the two can be combined as one talent acquisition suite. It suits a buyer who wants the talent list and the ATS from one supplier.

Eightfold sells one suite for finding, engaging and hiring people. It covers sourcing, interviews with its AI Interviewer and offers. Its platform works independently of the ATS a company uses.

Phenom’s Sourcing Agent finds candidates in your talent pool and beyond. It drafts outreach for recruiters to send. X+ Source gives a shortlist across your CRM and the open market. You describe the role in plain language. Every match comes with a reason.

Gem’s AI Sourcing Agent searches 800 million+ profiles. Its AI Talent Rediscovery Agent resurfaces past candidates across the CRM and ATS. Gem also sells its own ATS.

SeekOut’s Sourcing Core plan is for individual recruiters. It costs $149 a month paid yearly upfront. SeekOut searches nearly one billion public profiles. It is also a Beamery sourcing partner, so a team can use the two together.

Buying nothing means no contract term and no Beamery fees. Your team keeps searching with the tools it has today. The guide to AI sourcing and screening covers the rest of the market.
