Disprz

Disprz is a learning platform for training, compliance and skills. Its AI tool, Turo, builds courses from your documents. Staff learn on a phone, and new hires can download courses and finish them offline. Disprz starts at $2 per learner per month. The bigger plan has custom pricing. Under Disprz’s terms, the price rises 10% a year after the first year unless the order form provides otherwise.

In one line

A learning platform that tracks training, builds courses with AI and reaches staff on their phones.

Buy it if

You train staff in several countries. You need dated records for auditors. Some of your staff work away from a desk. You can work from a quote for the bigger plan.

Do not buy it if

You need one fixed price for the full platform before a sales call. You cannot accept a 10% yearly rise and the order form will not change it. You plan to upload patient or card data and Disprz’s data protection officer has not approved it in writing.

Price

Essentials starts at $2 per learner per month. The Enterprise plan with learning and skills has custom pricing. Advanced AI agent features are usage-based add-ons.

Disprz runs training, keeps the records and builds courses with AI

Disprz covers three jobs on one platform. It runs courses as a learning management system. It recommends courses to each learner, based on their skills and role, as a learning experience platform. It also reaches frontline teams. Disprz adds a live skills inventory and an internal marketplace for jobs and short gigs. It also builds a view of each employee’s potential and performance.

Turo is Disprz’s AI course builder. It accepts DOCX, PDF and PPT files. It handles the work from designing a course to publishing it to the LMS. Turo exports to SCORM and xAPI, which are common course file formats. Disprz sells Turo on its own and as part of the platform. The Autonomous Enablement OS uses AI agents. One agent turns standard operating procedures and product documents into lessons. Another maps roles to skills and tells you where each person stands. You see what the agents plan to do before anything reaches an employee. You can approve, change or hold it.

Check what is live. The Autonomous Enablement OS page invites early access. It says the product is rolling out to a first group of teams. The FAQ on the same page calls it launched and live with multiple enterprises. Ask Disprz which agents run today and for which customers.

A trainer or manager can prove what happened. Skydive is a supervised on-the-job training product with graded checkpoints and automatic certification. It logs the score, evaluator, date and duration of every attempt. Assessments combine quizzes with manager and peer feedback. For classes, Disprz supports in-person and online instruction, with attendance tracked by QR code.

Disprz works with Zoom, Teams, Meet, Slack and Okta. If you run an HR system, its employee data feeds onboarding by joining date. Disprz also maps its job roles to skills. If you already run an LMS, Disprz can migrate data and content in from it. Customers also bring in outside content. Cloudnine uses Disprz with Go1 for external courses. ROSHN integrated content from Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Go1, Coursera and Harvard Manage Mentor.

Dated records, named hosting countries, and learning without a network

Every training step is logged with a time and date

Disprz logs every assignment, completion, assessment result and policy acknowledgement with a timestamp. Its audit logs cannot be changed, and reports run on demand. Disprz also tracks licence and certification expiry. It starts renewal training before the deadline. Assignments go out by role, region and regulatory scope, with reminders and follow-ups. When an auditor asks who finished what and when, the answer is already on record.

UK, India, the Gulf or Indonesia, set by who signs

Where your data sits depends on which Disprz company signs your order form. Four of them have a named hosting country. The UK company hosts data in the United Kingdom. The Indian company hosts it in India. The Dubai company hosts data in the UAE or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Which one depends on location and the order form. The Indonesian company hosts it in Indonesia. Under Disprz’s US customer terms, the cloud is in Azure data centres worldwide and may include other platforms. Disprz will not move personal data out of the legal area that applies without your written consent or appropriate safeguards. You are the data controller and Disprz is the processor. Disprz is audited against ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. On written request, it provides SOC 2 Type II reports and GDPR assessments.

Staff can learn on a phone, and without a network

Learning reaches staff on mobile, with quizzes, videos and interactive activities. New hires can download courses while connected and finish them without a network. That helps teams who work away from a desk. The platform has 20+ interface languages, with auto-translation and text to speech. Onboarding content comes in 10+ languages.

Who already uses Disprz, from 500 employees to 19,000 agents

Insurers train agents in the thousands on it

Disprz reports that AIA Singapore reached 97%+ CPD completion across 5,000+ agents. CPD means continuing professional development. Disprz also reports 95%+ course completion for Bajaj Allianz across 7,000+ users. HDFC ERGO upskilled 19,000+ agents a year, with 83+ minutes of monthly engagement per agent. Each figure comes from Disprz.

Hospitals and a pharmacy chain use it for onboarding and adoption

Wellness Forever is an Indian pharmacy chain with 400+ stores in 55 cities and 5000+ employees. Disprz reports 50% faster onboarding, 2X less classroom training and 92% learner adoption there. Mayapada Hospital reached 93% platform adoption across 2,900+ active users, with 97%+ course completion. Cloudnine is a hospital chain with 4,000+ employees that uses Disprz. Read the patient data term in the limits section first.

Employers of 500 to 1,900 people use it, and one reports a skills gain

The Department of Finance in Abu Dhabi has 500+ employees. Disprz reports over 10% skills improvement and 70+ custom job roles there. ROSHN has 1,300+ employees. Duopharma Biotech has a workforce of 1,900+ and reports 81% engagement, 70% learning uptake and 100+ minutes of monthly learning. For skills work, the Enterprise plan covers a skills ontology, job architecture and skill-based assessments. It also covers career pathways. An ontology is a map of skills and how they relate.

You review the AI’s work, and some terms need a written answer

Read Disprz’s Global Terms of Service before you sign. They took effect on 1 April 2026. In the US, the contracting company is Heuristix Digital Technologies LLC, a Delaware company. Other regions use other Disprz companies.

You must check every AI-made course before staff see it

Under Disprz’s terms, you are responsible for checking all AI-generated content. Do that before you rely on it or share it. AI output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinated information or biases. Under the same terms, AI output must not be the sole or automated basis for high-stakes decisions without human review. Those include employment, compliance and grading. Turo has human review at every stage, and its time estimate counts that review. Plan the hours your own team spends on it.

Patient and card data need written approval first

Under Disprz’s terms, you may not upload card data, patient data or protected health information (PHI). It also bars 21 CFR Part 11 data. The exception is written authorisation from the data protection officer. 21 CFR Part 11 is a US rule on electronic records for drug and medical companies. Disprz’s healthcare data handling is HIPAA-compliant. It has role-based access controls and audit logging. HIPAA is the US health privacy law. You still need that written approval before you upload patient data. If you train clinical staff, ask which data Disprz has approved for customers like you.

The free open library can change without notice

Disprz provides Opensource Artefacts for informational and enablement purposes only. Under Disprz’s terms, they are non-commercial and available on an as-available basis. Disprz may modify, restrict or discontinue access to them at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Content Hub offers 85k+ courses in 11+ languages. Ask which of those courses sit inside your plan and which fall under the open library. Do not build a required course on an item Disprz can withdraw.

Connections to an HR system depend on a check by Disprz

Under Disprz’s terms, every integration with your HR tools depends on Disprz first checking it is technically possible. Its team handles role mapping, content migration, single sign-on setup and HR system integration. Most organisations go live within 8 to 12 weeks. Customers have connected Disprz to Darwinbox, Oracle HRMS and Workday. If you run an HR system, ask Disprz to confirm in writing that it passes the check before you sign.

The uptime figure is a target

Under Disprz’s terms, the target is 99.5% service availability, aggregated each quarter. The target applies on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Exclusions apply. Disprz aims to meet its agreed service times on 95% of category 1 helpdesk tickets. Ask what counts as category 1. If you need a remedy for downtime, ask whether the order form can carry one.

On a shared set-up, profiles sit in one database

On a shared set-up, employee profiles are held in the same database as other customers. An administrator can view, modify or export all users’ data in that set-up. Ask Disprz whether your account would run on a shared set-up. If it would, ask who holds the administrator rights.

The price starts at $2, then moves with users, add-ons and a 10% yearly rise

Disprz publishes one starting price and quotes the rest. Essentials starts at $2 per learner per month and includes AI-powered learning management. The Enterprise plan with learning and skills has custom pricing. Disprz tailors it to your learning strategy, regions, integrations and advanced capabilities such as skills and learner experience. Five things set the cost. They are the number of learners, the parts of the platform you pick, AI usage, integrations and regional deployment.

In its pricing FAQ, Disprz notes that price typically scales with active learners. Under Disprz’s terms, billing follows registered users, whether or not they log in. A person who never opens the platform can still count. Ask which count goes on your order form.

Add-ons change the total. MOOCs, on-the-job training (Skydive) and Search & Recommendations carry an Add-on label. MOOCs are open online courses. Advanced AI agent features are usage-based add-ons, while AI-powered learning experiences are included in the Enterprise plan. New features outside your subscription may carry an additional fee. Implementation includes one-time virtual training of up to four business hours. Additional training services are charged. Customisations outside standard updates are billed at Disprz’s then-current professional service rates.

The contract adds costs that move the bill. Under Disprz’s terms, the price rises 10% each year after the first licence year, unless the order form provides otherwise. You cannot reduce the minimum commitment during the licence period. Late payment adds more. Invoices fall due within 30 days of receipt, unless the order form provides otherwise. Overdue amounts carry interest of 18% a year from the due date. Disprz may suspend your passwords, account and access to all or part of the platform. That applies when an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date.

Disprz may also use your business name, trademark and logos in advertisements and promotional literature during the term.

Leaving has two timelines. On expiry, termination or written request, Disprz returns or destroys all personal data and deletes electronic records within 30 days. Law or audit may require it to keep some. Its Privacy Policy puts deletion or anonymising within three months after termination or account de-registration. A contract can say otherwise. Disprz stops providing access on expiry or earlier termination. Ask which timeline your order form follows.

You could also run training steps with agents built on your own systems. We have mapped what that looks like. The HR Agent Map

Alternatives to Disprz, including buying nothing new

If Disprz does not fit, look at Docebo. Buying nothing new is a second route, whether you keep a learning system you already run or run none.

Disprz sells advanced AI agent features as usage-based add-ons, so ask what they cost per use. Docebo tracks usage of selected AI features with AI credits. Its updated AI credit guidelines become active on 28 October 2026. Some functionality that is now free will then need AI credits. Ask Docebo which features, and ask both vendors for a written price per use.

If you already run a learning system, staying put is a real option. If it already logs assignments and completions, the gain from Disprz is Turo and the skills tools. Weigh those against the 10% yearly rise and the add-ons. If you run none and want to try Disprz, Essentials starts at $2 per learner per month. See the Learning Management Systems market guide for the wider market.
