Confirm sells two learning platforms. Choose by who you are training.

Confirm is the new name of Learning Pool, which bought WorkRamp in 2025. It sells two learning platforms. Learn:Up trains employees, customers and partners. Learn:Go trains frontline teams across sites and shifts. Learn:Up starts at $9 per user a month. Learn:Go starts at $16 per user a year.

In one line

Two learning platforms under one new name. Learn:Up trains employees, customers and partners. Learn:Go trains frontline teams.

Buy it if

You train frontline staff across sites and shifts and want a live view of who is overdue. Or you train employees, customers and partners together and want AI to draft your courses.

Do not buy it if

You must fix one price before you talk to Confirm. Its prices start from a figure and vary with products, workforce size and support level. You plan to buy on features that are still to come. You train people in the EU and need the Learn:Up apps or an HR system link.

Price

Learn:Up starts at $9 or £7 per user a month, billed yearly, for a 200-person company. Learn:Go starts at $16 or £12 per user a year, billed yearly, for a 5,000-person company.

Two platforms with two origins, one for broad audiences and one for frontline teams

The Confirm name is new, so start with where each platform came from. Learn:Up was WorkRamp. Learning Pool bought WorkRamp on 15 October 2025. Learn:Go was called Learning Platform before. Learning Pool took the Confirm name on 10 August 2026. Five companies came together under it that year.

In Learn:Up, AI writes the first draft and a person signs it off. An admin uploads a .pptx, .pdf or .docx file and AI Assist drafts a guide from it. The admin edits the guide before publishing. Confirm advises admins to review generated content before they publish it. Grading works the same way. A reviewer can ask AI to suggest a grade on a video or written challenge. The grade is only a suggestion, and the reviewer must submit it. Learners can also translate a guide into 49 languages with AI. An admin can switch that off.

Practice lets learners rehearse a conversation with an AI character by voice or text. Admins author each scenario with a guided wizard. Every session ends with a score against the success criteria, and admins see it in reporting. Confirm sells Practice apart from Learn:Up, from $4 or £3 per user a month.

Yearly training can run on its own. Learn:Up automates repeat assignment for recurring compliance such as yearly harassment prevention. An admin can set an expiry date on a certification attached to a badge.

Learn:Go tracks who is trained. It gives L&D, operations and managers a real-time view of who is trained and who is overdue. It automates enrolment loops, recertification and an audit trail. The audit trail can be exported. Reports export to CSV.

Learn:Go is mobile-first and offline-ready for 90-second windows on shared devices. A Library of ready-made frontline courses runs in 75+ languages. An admin can create a Microsoft Teams meeting for an online or hybrid session. Both platforms support course files in the SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI formats. These are standard formats for e-learning content.

On security, Learn:Go carries SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022. A SOC 2 Type 2 report is available on request. Data is stored in the UK and the US. Learning Pool announced its SOC 2 audit and Cyber Essentials in September 2025.

On AI and your data, the answer differs by feature. Third parties may not train AI on your Learn:Up data. Practice data trains no AI model. The AI translation tool on the Learning Platform uses no customer content to train any model. WorkRamp may still use data about how the service is used. It may do so to operate, improve and support its services for its own business purposes.

Learning Pool has more products under the Confirm name. Perform was Confirm. Engage was WorkStep. Both are sold separately from Learn:Go. Our market guide compares Confirm with the other learning products.

Learn:Up customers report quick onboarding and Learn:Go customers report saved time

Learn:Up customers report onboarding speed and learner scores. Learn:Go customers report completion and trainer time.

GB Railfreight saves 20 percent of its trainers’ time

GB Railfreight reports saving 20 percent of trainers’ time on the Learning Pool platform, which is Learn:Go. Its system holds document control, permissions and records for 1,000 people spread across the country.

Center Parcs reports completion above 95 percent

Center Parcs has six holiday villages and 10,000 frontline workers. It reports completion rates that stay above 95 percent. It moved to real-time compliance reports.

Pick the platform by who you are training

You train employees, customers and partners in one place

Learn:Up covers onboarding, compliance, development, partner training and customer education. It connects to Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Okta and Google Workspace. Managers can grade their direct reports and see their progress.

Your staff move between roles and sites

Learn:Go enrols people by role and location. It imports users from a spreadsheet. It imports past completion records from a CSV file. Branded academies reach distributors, contractors and franchised locations.

You need both kinds of training

The two platforms have separate prices. Ask whether one contract and one renewal date can cover both.

Your HR system decides how much typing you save

Employee LMS customers can link Learn:Up to ADP, BambooHR, HiBob, Lattice and Oracle HCM. The link sets up learner accounts. Learn:Go offers HR system connectors. Ask which HR systems they cover.

Confirm’s frontline customers include Pret, IHG Hotels, Lidl, Decathlon, Canada Goose, Aramex and Potbelly. Confirm supports more than 26 million learners across more than 30 industries.

EU gaps, one-way HR links and records that vanish when you delete a person

Under Learn:Up’s terms, you buy the product as it is today. The purchase does not depend on features that are promised for later.

EU customers lose some Learn:Up features

HR system connectors are not available to Learn:Up customers on the EU versions. The Learn:Up iOS and Android apps are not available to EU customers. An account cannot move between the EU-only zone and a non-EU zone. A Dublin data centre is an add-on for Learn:Up. Ask what your EU learners receive.

Some HR links run one way

The BambooHR link into Learn:Up is a one-way sync. The Oracle HCM link is one-way too. The HiBob link moves user data once a day in a file transfer. Check which way your HR changes need to travel.

Deleting a person in Learn:Up deletes their training record

Permanently deleting a user in Learn:Up deletes all their training data records. You cannot report on them afterwards. A deactivated user’s completion data stays available in Report Builder. In Learn:Go, removing a user hides the account and records, and support can restore them. Deactivate people. Do not delete them.

Skills must be added before content can use them

Learn:Up skills are customised by your admin and mapped to content. Skills cannot be added on demand. An admin with access to Settings must add them before content creators map content to them. Plan that step before launch.

The Learn:Up AI Assistant Connector is read-only today

The connector answers questions from live Learn:Up data. Today it cannot create, edit, assign or change due dates. At launch it is open to Employee Learning administrators. Managers, learners and Academy administrators are planned for later releases.

Accessibility is partial

Confirm is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA on both Learn:Up and Learn:Go. The Learn:Up Events calendar view is one area that is not fully conformant. If you train people who use assistive tools, test the screens they will use.

Leaving needs a plan too. After termination, WorkRamp has no obligation to maintain or provide your Customer Data and may delete it. Under its hosting policy, Learning Pool may delete all client data no earlier than 30 days after termination. That comes after it gives you access to copy it. Under Confirm’s US terms, the supplier deletes personal data or, if you direct it in writing, returns it. Copy your records before you give notice.

Confirm’s fair usage policy limits storage per organisation. The limits are 20GB for the database, 150GB for files and 1GB for a single upload.

$9 a month, $16 a year, and the contract terms that sit on top

Mind the units. Learn:Up starts at $9 or £7 per user a month. At that starting price, a year costs $108 per user. Learn:Go starts at $16 or £12 per user a year. Both are billed annually. Each price assumes a different company size, 200 people for Learn:Up and 5,000 for Learn:Go. Neither is your quote.

Practice is priced apart, from $4 or £3 per user a month. It has a free trial of up to 30 days inside Learn:Up. Library content for Learn:Up is priced on request. The AI Assistant Connector comes with Learn:Up at no extra cost. Its questions count against your plan with the AI assistant provider.

Learn:Up commits you to a year of cash. Unless the order differs, fees are billed annually in advance. They are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The term renews for 12 months unless either side gives notice at least 30 days before it ends. Invoices fall due in US dollars within 30 days. Use above the purchased levels is invoiced at the order rate or at WorkRamp’s standard rates.

Confirm’s US terms work differently. The contract continues year to year after the initial term. The client can end it with written notice at least one month before each anniversary. A client may also end a contract when the initial term expires, with at least two months’ written notice. After the initial term the fee rises in line with the Consumer Price Index. The supplier may also review and increase the fee, with at least 60 days’ written notice.

Torbay Council’s award to Learning Pool had a total value of £40,090 for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. It covered a learning management system and three libraries. Ask for a quote that splits platform from content the same way.

One licence rule needs a question. The Learning Pool LXP charges licence fees on active users. If active users stay over the licence by a large amount, the subscription upgrades itself to the next tier. Confirm’s own pages use the old name Learning Platform for more than one thing. The Learn:Go page gives it as Learn:Go’s former name. The help centre gives it as the LXP’s former name. The sub-processor list has a Learning Pool Platform (LMS, LXP) apart from Learn:Go. Ask whether the rule applies to Learn:Go.

Uptime has two figures. Learning Pool commits to 99.9 percent availability in its hosting policy. It sets one exclusive remedy for an outage it causes. On its Learn:Go page, Confirm puts uptime at 99 percent. Ask which one goes into your order.

You could also run training steps with agents built on your own systems. We have mapped what that looks like. The HR Agent Map

What to settle before you sign

  1. Can one contract and one price cover Learn:Up and Learn:Go for our workforce? Good answer: One written quote with each platform’s price at our headcount, and one renewal date.
  2. Which terms cover Learn:Go? Learn:Up’s agreement is with WorkRamp, Inc. Confirm’s US terms have Learning Pool Inc. as the supplier. Its UK terms have Learning Pool Limited. Good answer: One named company, with its terms attached to the order.
  3. What is our price per user per year at our headcount? Good answer: One yearly figure per user. Learn:Up is priced by the month and Learn:Go by the year.
  4. Which AI features are on for all our users by default? Good answer: A written list of what is on, and how to switch each feature off.
  5. If we train people in the EU, which connectors and apps will they get? Good answer: A written list for the EU version, with the Dublin data centre priced.
  6. Which uptime number applies to us, and what is the only remedy for an outage? Good answer: One uptime figure in the order, and a remedy written out.
  7. Does the active-user rule on tier upgrades apply to Learn:Go? Good answer: A yes or no in writing, with the user count that triggers a move.
  8. How do we export our training records before we leave, and what does it cost? Good answer: A named export method with its cost, finished before any deletion date.
  9. What is the cap on the fee increase after the first term? Good answer: A fixed cap written into the order.

Alternatives to Confirm, including buying nothing

If Confirm’s two-platform shape does not fit, look at Axonify, Docebo and TalentLMS. Risely’s Merlin suits managers who need to practise hard conversations.

Axonify is built for frontline teams. Its daily short questions adapt to each worker’s progress. Axonify prices on a quote. Its team replies within one business day and then sends an estimate.

Docebo aims at mid-market to large enterprises, 250 to 100,000+ users. It suits companies training at least 250 learners, who may be a mix of customers, partners and employees. That is the Learn:Up shape. Its price depends on the product tier and active users.

TalentLMS publishes its prices. Core costs $119 a month for 1 to 40 users. Pricing follows the unique users who log in each month. A free plan covers up to 5 users and 10 courses. Its TalentCards app serves teams who are not behind a desk.

Merlin is Risely’s AI coach. In roleplay it plays the other person in a hard conversation. Examples are a defensive direct report or a sceptical VP. A manager practises the approach before the real conversation.

Buying nothing yet is also an option. On Learn:Up, a year’s fees are committed up front and are non-refundable, unless the order differs. If you want to weigh that against the other learning products, start from the learning management systems guide.

Sources and method Facts about Confirm come from its own product, pricing, security and accessibility pages. They also come from its help centres, sub-processor list, terms, hosting policy, news releases and customer stories. A public contract notice adds one more. What Confirm publishes about its own product is taken as its description of that product. Facts about Axonify, Docebo, TalentLMS and Merlin come from their own pages.
