Workativ’s Business plan costs $349 a month. It covers 500 chat sessions, two AI assistants and three admins. A session is one conversation, however many questions it holds. If you use all 500, a conversation costs about 70 cents. Ask what each extra session costs. The plan renews on its own. The new term is as long as the last one, at Workativ’s standard price at that time.

The suites count differently. Salesforce charges $15 per user per month for its employee edition, billed yearly. For staff with no Copilot licence, Microsoft charges an average of 15 cents a question. Workday charges in its own units, called Flex Credits. An answer costs one and a finished task costs five.
